The Club Championships cost of entry is as follows:

For Super Sedan / Supercharged Outlaw / Modified Eliminator / Competition Bike Brackets the entry fee is $250.

For Super Street Bracket the entry fee is $220.

For Junior Dragster / Street Challenge / Junior Bike / Modified Bike Brackets the entry fee is $140.

In addition to the above entry fee, there is a $30 fee for those needing an ANDRA Divisional Day Licence, this licence will be valid for both days so will only need to be paid once for this combined meeting.

Chicago Shootout Rules

At the completion of three rounds, a count back will be made to establish the finalists.

The criteria will be as follows:
A. Two racers with highest equal round wins each – automatic entry into the final.

B. More than two races with highest equal round wins – The count back is then based on closest elapsed time to nominated dial-in (no quicker than their dial-in) in any round of racing won. Reaction times play no part in the count back. The two racers who are closest to their respective dial-ins are then eligible for the final. If by chance the count back is a dead heat, it will then be based on the next closest to dial in any round win.

C. If there is only one racer with greater round wins – they will be declared the winner and a count back of the next best two racers based on the count back will be paired together to determine the runner up.

Please note: You must be a member of the Steel City Drag Club to earn points towards the Club Championship

Burnout Competition, 24th of January 2026 from 1pm onwards, $100 for 6 Cylinder Class and Young Gun Competitors** and $25 per Passenger/Buddy (over 14). Entries will be capped at 60.

Other classes of vehicle can participate in an Open Pad event for $50.

Adult Spectators / Family Members / Crew $10 each.

** Young Gun’s must be accompanied by an Adult holding an AASA general speed license and have a signed RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY/ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT by Parent/Guardian.

For a bit of fun we are looking at running an AFL Football Tipping competition, no cost, no prizes, just bragging rights

You will need log in details to gain access to the page if you have not entered the tipping competition previously, please send an email to technical@steelcitydrags.com with your preferred Tipper name, you will be sent a password reset link and after completing that you should be good to go.

On the tipping page you will be presented with a table of games to predict the winner of, this year just simply put a 1 in the box below the team you are wanting to win and a 0 in the box below the losing team. Or if you dare, put a 1 in both boxes for a draw.

Failure to tip a game 15mins prior to the start of that game will result in a default tip of the away team, this will also apply to those that join the tipping competition after the start of the season.

Once I have some data to work with, I will add a rankings page so that you can brag of your success.
